Lindsay Ingham is the founding shareholder of Ingham Law Corporation, where she specializes in neutral investigations, Title IX hearings and culture assessments.
Workplace & Campus Investigations. Lindsay skillfully handles cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and misconduct across a diverse client base, from local small businesses to internationally recognized corporations and higher education institutions. Through her years of dedicated practice, Lindsay has honed her ability to investigate matters at all levels of employment and complexity. She is recognized for her deliberate and insightful investigative methods. She excels at identifying core issues and providing her clients with thorough and reliable investigation results.
Title IX Hearings. As a Title IX hearing officer, Lindsay presides over campus sexual misconduct matters and other student code of conduct issues for educational institutions. In Title IX hearings, Lindsay maintains a professional demeanor while utilizing trauma-informed techniques, fostering trust in the process and delivering well-founded decisions.
Culture Assessments. Lindsay also conducts thorough evaluations of organizational culture, providing insights and recommendations to enhance work environments. Her assessments help companies foster positive, productive, and inclusive workplace cultures.

Andrea LaCampagne
Andrea LaCampagne serves as Of Counsel at Ingham Law Corporation, where she draws on her extensive experience in higher education and workplace investigations to conduct thorough and impartial neutral investigations.
Workplace & Campus Investigations.
Prior to joining Ingham Law Corporation, Andrea served as Deputy Director of Complaint Management for UCSF's Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination. Her experience also includes positions as a Senior Complaint Resolution Officer in the Title IX offices at UC Berkeley and UCSF, and as an investigator in UCSF's Human Resources Investigations Unit. In these roles, Andrea developed extensive expertise conducting and managing institutional investigations, gaining unique insight into the challenges of academic environments and enabling her to navigate sensitive matters with precision and care.
As a solo practitioner and later as an institutional investigator, Andrea has conducted numerous investigations involving sexual violence, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation under Title IX, Title VI, and Title VII. Her experience has honed her commitment to impartiality, thoroughness, and fairness - the core tenets of neutral investigations. Her approach combines investigative excellence with trauma-informed methodologies and her extensive professional training further ensures thorough and balanced handling of complex cases.
Beyond the office, Andrea enjoys the natural beauty of Sonoma County, where she spends time hiking in Armstrong Woods and along Goat Rock Beach. She can often be found working on DIY home improvement projects at her Russian River home, tending to her garden, or playing pickleball.

Gretchen Edwards brings over three decades of expertise to her role as Accounting and Benefits Coordinator at Ingham Law Corporation. With more than 30 years of experience in managing professional offices and financial institutions, Gretchen's wealth of knowledge is invaluable to our firm's operations.
Outside of the office, Gretchen embraces an active lifestyle. She's an enthusiastic pickleball player, enjoying the social and physical aspects of this increasingly popular sport. When not on the court, Gretchen can often be found exploring the scenic hiking trails around her home in Pollock Pines. These outdoor adventures are typically shared with her husband and their faithful companion, Gus, their yellow Labrador.
