Lindsay Ingham is the founding shareholder of Ingham Law Corporation, where she specializes in neutral investigations, Title IX hearings and culture assessments.

Beyond the office, Lindsay is an enthusiastic year-round tennis player. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to beach destinations, exploring new restaurants, and taking advantage of sunny weather.

Lindsay skillfully handles cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and misconduct across a diverse client base, from local small businesses to internationally recognized corporations and higher education institutions. Through her years of dedicated practice, Lindsay has honed her ability to investigate matters at all levels of employment and complexity. Title IX Hearings

As a Title IX hearing officer, Lindsay presides over campus sexual misconduct matters and other student code of conduct issues for educational institutions. In Title IX hearings, Lindsay maintains a professional demeanor while utilizing trauma-informed techniques, fostering trust in the process and delivering well-founded decisions.

Jesse is a Formula 1 fan who follows the racing season closely. He enjoys staying active through soccer and golf, and spending time restoring his project car.

Workplace Investigations

Prior to joining Ingham Law Corporation, Jesse led workplace investigations involving complex dynamics, including cases concerning department leadership, media scrutiny, and elected officials. He has experience in both public and private sectors, managing investigations across all employee levels in industries including tech, waste management, hospitality, legal, education, and data management.

Before becoming an Attorney Investigator, Jesse spent seven years in employment litigation, representing employees in harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour cases. His trial and arbitration experience informs his investigative approach, enabling him to identify critical issues and conduct thorough fact-finding. He brings analytical precision and sound legal judgment to each investigation, distilling complex information into comprehensive reports.

Workplace Investigations

Prior to joining Ingham Law Corporation, Sean gained experience as an Attorney Investigator at other California workplace investigations firms. In this capacity, Sean worked with universities and public entities, conducting investigations into cases involving sensitive issues such as discrimination, retaliation, and sexual harassment.

Before becoming an Attorney Investigator, Sean focused his studies at the University of San Diego School of Law on courses regarding Employment Law and Mediation Skills. In practice, he leverages this background to thoroughly analyze all sides of an issue and ensure parties are treated fairly and with understanding throughout the process.
